TEENS SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT: Please read the following information before proceeding to register.

This camp is for young persons aged 13 to 18.
If a child is 12 at the time of registration but will turn 13 during the camp, such a child can be registered. Otherwise, please do not proceed to register any child that will be under 13 during the camp dates.
Due to our current safeguarding capacity, we are not currently able to support young people with special needs at the camp.
A responsible adult must complete the form for each young person attending.
For young persons aged 13 to 18, some fields require the details of their parent or guardian.
This form is the only authorised mode of registration for the camp. No other method will be considered.
A delegate as referred to in the registration form is anyone attending the camp in any capacity.

The cost of the camp is £225, payable with registration using the form on this page only.
An early bird offer of £200 is available till April 30th.
Registration and payments must be completed by 31st July.
Registration may close earlier than the stated date once camp capacity is reached.
There are no alternative payment methods beyond what is available during registration.
All prices exclude transportation as we expect transportation arrangements to be made by parents/groups.
Payments are non-refundable.

The details requested on the form MUST be filled for each person attending (delegate).
DO NOT combine multiple delegates in a single submission. That includes youth workers, leaders, ministers or pastors.

Youth workers/leaders/ministers must be over 18.
To attend in this capacity, you must hold a current DBS or Access NI certificate provided through your church or the organisation you are representing at the camp. If you do not have one, the camp organisers can arrange this for you on request. Please send an email to compliance@yayaeurope.org or indicate in the relevant fields in the registration form.
